Blood tests and lab tests at home

A nurse takes your blood or other samples at home and a licensed laboratory sends you the results. Health check packages from AED 299.

IV drips at home

A nurse gives vitamin, hydration, NAD+ or iron drips at your home or hotel after a health check. From AED 575.

Home nursing and physiotherapy

Nurses for wound care, injections, elderly care and newborn care, and physiotherapists for recovery after injury or surgery.

Doctor at home and doctor at hotel

A general practitioner visits you to examine, diagnose and treat common illnesses such as fever, flu, stomach upsets and minor injuries, and can issue prescriptions, sick notes and fit-to-fly certificates. From AED 250.

Vaccinations at home

A nurse gives flu, HPV, chickenpox, tetanus and other vaccines at home for adults and children.

STD and HIV tests

Confidential sample collection at home, hotel or office, with no ID needed and a doctor to explain any positive result. From AED 250.

How does a home visit work?

Call or WhatsApp +971 52 345 2647 and tell us what you need, where you are and the patient’s main symptoms.

2. We confirm the visit

We confirm the price, who is coming and when they will arrive.

3. A clinician arrives

A DHA-licensed doctor, nurse or physiotherapist arrives, usually within 30 minutes, any time of day or night, including weekends and public holidays. You are examined, treated or tested in your own space, without a waiting room.

4. Results and invoice

You receive your report, results or prescription, and an itemised invoice for your insurer.

About us

Is Medilife a licensed home healthcare provider?

Yes. Medilife Healthcare Services LLC is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority as a home healthcare provider, facility licence no. 0002464, and has provided home healthcare in Dubai since 2016.

Dubai now has around 250 licensed home healthcare providers, according to DHA figures for the first half of 2026. Before you book any provider, ask for its DHA facility licence number and the licence numbers of the clinicians who will visit, and check them with the DHA.

When is home healthcare not the right choice?

Call 998 for an ambulance, or go to a hospital emergency department, for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, a seizure, heavy bleeding, a severe allergic reaction or a serious injury. Home healthcare is for problems that need attention today but are not life-threatening. If our clinician finds something more serious during a visit, they will help you get to hospital.

Does insurance cover home healthcare?

You pay us directly at the visit. We give you an itemised invoice and, for doctor visits, a medical report, which you can send to your insurer to claim the cost back. Cover depends on your policy, so check with your insurer.
